The idea to establish a College 'Kvanson' belongs to its Director General Kanu Nikiforos Sergeyevich. He worked in agriculture at the station in East Kazakhstan for many years, then became a teacher in one of the pedagogical institutes, and in 2002 founded a professional school 'Kvanson' for 5 years which was released approximately 300 experienced professionals on a complimentary basis. October 18, 2006, on the basis of special professional school was founded by Kazakh-Korean College 'Kvanson'.
Our College, the first in Eastern Kazakhstan, has concluded the contract on cooperation and student exchange in 2007. At the same time, immediately sent two exchange student who successfully learned the Korean language and became doctors their field after graduation and continuous learning. In 2010, the College passed the state certification and has proven that he meets all the necessary requirements and standards and received the right to issue state diplomas.
In the 2014 — 2015 year saw the merger of the two colleges 'College of Technology of service' and College 'Kvanson' and certification the United College.
Our College is a continuous activity for the past fifteen years, and trains professionals in the field of technical and vocational education in full-time and correspondence form of training. The training is provided at both the paid and free basis. Students who pass three courses for a one-year internship in the enterprises of the city, studying their work, they decide whether to continue the study of this profession.
Now anyone can be trained on specialities: 'maintenance, repair and operation of road transport', 'Technology and organization of production catering', 'catering', 'Hairdressing art and decorative cosmetics', 'Welding work', 'bread, pasta and confectionery production', 'dairy products' and 'Marketing'.
