The appearance of the College is mentioned in documents in both 1935 and 1932. From the first years of the College's existence, it had 300 students. in the 37th year, the College already had six full-time groups and 500 students. In 1978, the school opened a correspondence Department, and three years later a new academic building appeared. Today, the College has two academic buildings of a new type, consisting of many classrooms, sports, reading and Assembly halls. There is a hostel and a dining room. Training takes place in the following specialties: "Primary school teacher", "foreign language Teacher", "preschool Teacher", "Choreographer", "DMP", "Musician". We have an excellent material base and qualified teachers. The educational institution has many classrooms for studying specialties, fully computerized classrooms. We train specialists for small and medium-sized businesses, have a perpetual license and teach students in two languages: Kazakh and Russian.

For admission to an educational institution, you must pass the KTA exams on a General basis. for admission after the eleventh grade, a certificate of passing the UNT is not required.
