Training of construction personnel for the organization began in 1947, when the FZO-ZZ was organized. In 2003, the only educational institution for the training of construction specialists received the title "Aktobe Professional Lyceum №1". As the Republic is constantly improving, the state itself is most interested in the fact that there were many different specialists, and the lyceum, as a state institution, annually receives orders for bricklayers, gas and electric welder installers.

Training is conducted in various financial and technical specialties. We have an excellent material base and qualified teachers. The educational institution has a large number of classrooms for the study of specialties, fully computerized auditoriums. We train specialists for small and medium businesses, we have an indefinite license and train students in two languages: Kazakh and Russian.

The main feature of our educational institution is the complete approach to practical work. Discounts are provided to entrants who have completed school at 4 and 5, and so are students who excel at our college.

For admission to the educational institution it is necessary to pass the KTA exams on general grounds, when receiving a certificate after the seventeenth grade to pass the UNT is not required.
