The history of the College begins in 1913, with the opening in the Western region teacher's Seminary. After 7 years, has opened a teachers College in which he studied for 4 years. In 1937 the school was called 'Ural pedagogical College'. In 1994 the school acquired the status of a College, after 4 years, it was named after the famous Kazakh public figure, Japanse Dosmukhamedov. Over 105 years of experience in the building of the College was released more than 50 thousand specialists, Manshuk Mametova, Zaitseva Valentina and many others.

Training takes place in the following specialties: 'Preschool education and training', 'Organization of educational activities', 'Physical culture and sport', 'Primary education', 'art', 'Technology', 'Music education', 'Basic secondary education', 'Tourism'.
