Free training for developers
Sectoral qualifications frameworks define the requirements to qualification levels in specific industries, depending on the complexity of work and the nature of the used knowledge, skills and competencies.
It was recently announced that it will be free training for developers sectoral qualifications framework in various departments. All this is implied under the project 'Development of labor skills and promote jobs,' supported by the Ministry of labour and the world Bank, which creates a mechanism to regulate supply and demand in the labour market.
The program includes a National qualifications framework, sectoral qualifications framework (ORC), professional standards, educational programs and independent system of assessment and award of qualifications, explained in the Ministry of labor.
Such complex industries as construction, tourism, agriculture, and many of the same formed a certain pool of professionals-developers, to enter the number of which can show themselves in a variety of industries professionals. Selected candidates will undergo a free training of the first stage which starts on 7 June 2018. After that, they will be able to claim the status of the developers of ORC.
'We recruit students from among already existing professionals, those who have experience in the field of strategy planning, corporate management, marketing and other important areas when dealing with human resources.' - according to the Ministry.
The first training will be held in Astana from 7 to 9 June 2018. Applications for training are accepted by e-mail info_ntc@mail.ru until June 5, 2018.
25 APR 2018 Majilis Deputy Irina Aronova raised the issue of development of professional standards. The Deputy noted that the Ministry of labour and the 'Atameken' for the sixth year trying to implement orders of the President and adopt a national system of qualifications.
Deputy Chairman of NCE 'Atameken' Eldar Zhumagazy noted that the operator of the development of professional standards is the Ministry of labor, and by 2020 is approved 550 professional standards. In 2018 the money allocated for the development of 70 professional standards.
In 2012, for the loan of the world Bank, the Ministry of education and science has developed 147 professional standards. In 2013, in the framework of the Republican budget – 176 standards, in 2014, 88, and in 2015 – 38 professional standards. In total on these purposes it has been spent 469,1 million tenge.
Today 'Atameken' approved 27 professional standards, more than 150 previously developed deemed inappropriate to the established requirements.
