Previously, this girl were not observed.
If parents have no confidence in the personnel of the kindergarten, they are, according to the head of the Department of education may terminate the contract with the preschool.
'In Aktau attend kindergartens 13 370 children. We want to protect our own personnel and do not want to offend parents. In the corridors and groups have video cameras installed. If the parent does not trust the kindergarten, he may terminate the agreement', – said Svetlana Tulebaev.
A ban on the wearing of the device, as explained in the Department of education, due to the collective complaint of most parents of pupils group, where she studied the girl, and responsibility for the use of special technical means intended for secret obtaining of information, listening and recording conversations.
'Vague doubts of the parent in relation to child safety. Complaints to the caregiver during the work were reported. With regard to the termination of the contract between kindergarten and parents, the institution's management is ready to consider and satisfy the request', – reported in Department of education.
The parents of the pupils group, which studied the girl with a 'smart' watch, wrote a letter to the head of the kindergarten.
'At a General meeting, we learned that our group goes to the child with a 'smart' watch, which is a function of listening. It turns out, the teacher with a babysitter and our kids are monitored all day. It is very hard psychologically. Many parents approach the teacher on a personal matter, they also hear you. In kindergarten there is a surveillance camera. We believe that this is enough to monitor the work of teachers', – said the parents.
According to parents, they learned from the teacher that the watch interfere with the child concentrate in the classroom.
'The girl constantly pulling, tugging and playing with the clock, thereby distracting themselves and other children. The girl's mother is strictly prohibited to remove the watch even under hygienic procedures', – said the parents.
March 11, 2017 Prosecutor of Kostanay region Marat Kaibzhanov proposed to prohibit the use of gadgets in schools. According to him, this prohibition could be an effective measure for the prevention of suicides among adolescents.
Meanwhile, each citizen is 1,7 devices with Internet connection, and smart watches continue to gain popularity.
