Mr. nurabayev, the winner of the contest 'teacher of the year 2012' won an apartment in Taldykorgan city, but not live in it for five years. ZHKKH goroda Taldykorgan filed a lawsuit, aiming to take the apartment to the state, as by law, if the person has received an apartment, not live in it five years, it is obliged to return the property to the state. When Nurlan won the apartment he lived a simple life as a teacher in Kapchagay, then became Director of the school in the village of Shengeldy, in the same village he rents a house and lives with his wife and three children.
