As teachers and students will be able to view their portfolio directly from the screens of mobile phone' - said the Minister.

Also, according to him, all the information about free education, getting certificates can be seen on the educational portal in the public domain.

'If there are any changes, for example, progress in the queue in kindergartens, this information can parents see on the portal. All the information we will combine into one big database where you will be analysis of trends. We created a plan for the implementation of the benefits, and decided that programming will be taught from the first classes,' he explained.

According to him, today the discipline is studied in the fifth grade. However, in 2018, the programming will be studied by third graders.

'In OECD countries the basics of programming is taught from the first grade. We are now actively working with experts on the implementation of learning from the first class. Now the project is developed, then begins a broad discussion with the teaching body and the public. However, the updated program will be from 5 to 11 class in terms of reviewing programming languages. Programming languages change rapidly, we know this, therefore our children will have to learn the latest programs new', he said.
