In the specialized Interdistrict court on Affairs of minors of the Atyrau region considered an administrative case against the father of four children, sends 'My city'.
As found by the court, minors 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 years of birth in 2017-2018 did not attend school. The father of these children was brought to administrative responsibility.
'At the trial of 35-year-old father of a minor pleaded not guilty and said that the teachers have banned children from attending school because of non-compliance with school uniform. In this regard, they studied remotely', – reported the press service of the specialized Interdistrict court on Affairs of minors of the Atyrau region.
The order of the court an offender was found guilty under article 127, part 1, of the administrative code of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 'non-performance by parents of duties on education of minor children'. He was fined in the amount of 11 785 tenge.
The court has not yet entered into force.
