Six gifted students become owners the opportunity to be trained by a unique technique — without teachers in the modern school in Kiev.

Six talented children from Kazakhstan were selected and became the students 'factory programming'.

IT factory students are offered a complicated but well-structured, proven, progressively more complex fundamental program, said the organizers. They seek to instill in students the skills of self-learning and self-development, to teach to work effectively with information.

'A student who is learning two, five, three, he solves practical problems. After he has solved one problem, he moves on to the more complex. And creates a team that helps each other. And then, when a new task, the team breaks up, a new one is created. All the students help each other to reach the goal',– said the founder of K.
