School crime for 2018

The meeting noted that the Commission on Affairs of minors and protection of their rights in areas not engaged in conflict prevention among school children, therefore, for the prevention of juvenile delinquency need to take more effective measures.

Last year there were a number of crimes by students. About these crimes was known 170 educators, now, when it became known they are responsible for the concealment.

Members of the Commission organized a meeting of several offences.

According to the Prosecutor General of RK, the crime rate among children in 2018 have not exceeded 2017. But in some regions and cities, the number of such offences increased in the Atyrau region by 39.6%, in Almaty – by 33.5%, in Kyzylorda, Mangystau regions and Astana – on 18%, in Akmola and Aktobe regions – by 11%, in the Turkestan region – 7.8%.

The Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagadiyev in the prevention of crime were assigned to compile a list of items that cannot be made in school. He also noted that the schools shall be the inspectors.

The Commissioner for children's rights in Kazakhstan, the Deputy of Saul of Aitpaeva noted that between the relevant agencies, which should deal with prevention of juvenile delinquency, there is no proper interaction.

'Why our society says only about the consequences? There is absolutely no analysis of the causes of juvenile delinquency. In 2018 on the account in bodies of internal Affairs consisted of 5 102 of the child, and how many of them have been removed from the account today? Sure those children we have removed from the register only on reaching 18 years. It is necessary that all regions have provided information on each child who has committed a crime, most importantly, to understand the reasons for the particular incident,' said Saul of Aitpaeva
