Aktobe law Institute of Ministry of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan name of Makadara Bokenbaev was opened in 1996 and its share had quite a bright destiny, in which he played the role as a branch and an Institute. April 22, 1996, under the Concept of further development plan was approved for the development of education and the opening of a Kostanay school MIA RK. The school was preparing staff for the internal Affairs of the specialty 'law Enforcement' and 'police inspector'. Despite all the difficulties of those times, the problems in society and the economy, Finance, teaching staff, and was sympathetic to them and have withstood all tests for the future of our Institute.

In the future, namely 20 may 2010, resolution No. 457, the decision was made to separate the development of the school as an institution of the Ministry of internal Affairs and the renaming of the College in Aktobe law Institute of MIA of RK.

In April 2014 passed the inspection activities of an educational enterprise under the supervision of Department of personnel work of MIA RK, in which was adopted a number of recommendations and instructions to improve the working and learning process, the results of the test were set to development, capacity-building and improving the material-technical base. Two years later, the Institute successfully passed the state certification and has proven that its training meets the educational activities of the Ministry of education and science of our Republic. The Committee for control of education quality are also conducted inspections of the teaching staff for compliance qualifications and diplomas. At the moment, the Institute provides its activity on the basis of the state license and over 20 years the Institute has repeatedly changed its name and status. However, despite this the main tasks of the University has not changed is the training of highly qualified personnel for the departments of internal Affairs, are able to competently protect the rights of citizens, their interests and the interests of the state to meet modern regulations and codes. Special attention is paid to physical training of cadets, in accordance with the head of state, his messages, orders and instructions.

For the current period the Institute has an extensive area of 11 hectares, which are: education building, maintenance building, bath facilities, a checkpoint building financial and garages, containers and the boiler for heating of premises. To organize the educational process we have all the necessary as well as for visiting students:

Our learning environment is very important to maintain the moral-psychological environment, therefore, we conduct different physical activities for the development of staff and students and we are conducting a complex of measures directed on increase of efficiency of professional activity of the composition, by good relationships between staff and students. In maintaining the fighting spirit monthly passes firearms training, tactical training and training on military vehicles, melee combat and athletics.

At the Institute of physical culture taught by master of sports on Sambo-wrestling and powerlifting and candidates for the master of sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who were able to hold training sessions with students on a service-applied sports. Sports team of the Institute take an active part in Spartakiada games of the regional Council 'Dynamo', year-round sports and service-applied sports of the Ministry of interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in which win prizes and comply with the regulations of the level 1, candidates masters of sports, masters of sports of international class.

Teachers of the Department of military and physical training are responsible for all the ongoing sports events of the Institute: cross-country skiing, presidential all-round events dedicated to the holiday 'the day of the President', 'Nauryz', 'Victory Day', 'the Day of the Kazakhstani police', 'Day of Knowledge'.

Every year the Department organizes meetings with the participation of war veterans and peacekeeping soldiers, participants of the search expedition, led by the Deputy Director of the Aktobe regional Fund 'Combat brotherhood' participant of local wars, the Commissioner of the search party.

Currently, the sports facilities of the Department includes a gym with rubber flooring and a heated wrestling room, hall of martial arts, shooting range on four areas and a sports area with a football field and a running track, playgrounds for mini football, volleyball and basketball, obstacle course.

The quality of training of future police officers — the main task of every Manager and teacher of our Institute. Therefore, to carry out the planned scientific work in the Institute involved the students and trainees to identify among them the most active, promising, and prone to scientific and educational activities.

In turn, the research work of the listener (trainee) NIRS is the ability to self-initiation skills, formation ability to analyze, ability to work in scientific circles, created in order to deepen the knowledge on the studied subjects. For example, the Institute formed and operate such scientific circles as a 'Lawyer' and 'Aspiring detective', 'Any', 'In the service of investigation', 'insight', 'polyglot', 'Young researcher' and the section 'Football', 'Volleyball'. 'Sambo' and 'Mergen'.
