University Basalak in Karaganda
Private institution Academy 'Bolashak' was organized on 25 September 1995, pursuant to the order of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 267, dated September 25, 1995 in accordance with article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On education' on the basis of the Regulations on licensing the educational activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 13, 1993 No. 597 and the decision of the national Council of licensing, attestation and accreditation of educational institutions of the Ministry of education and science.
The Academy has a perpetual state license for educational activity №0137370 from 03.02.2010 g.
23 Sep 2011 the University received the accreditation certificate MK No. 001991 as a subject of scientific and scientific-technical activities.
In accordance with the State program of education development in the Republic of Kazakhstan till 2020, the University is implementing a phased transition to international standards of quality education. In the framework of the program indicated the mission of the Academy is to provide quality, affordable, modern education, giving graduates the competitiveness and mobility, improving the intellectual and spiritual potential of the nation as a source and guarantor of sustainable development of society.
Since 2004, the University introduced credit system of education.
Academy included among the 15 universities that have signed the Memorandum of universities of Kazakhstan (Taraz Declaration) in the framework of the accession of Kazakhstan to the Bologna process.
The structure of the University 7 faculties: law disciplines, Finance, General subjects, pedagogy and psychology, the Kazakh language and literature, foreign languages and intercultural communication, pharmaceutical Sciences.
The Academy training is conducted in 7 undergraduate full-time and correspondence forms of training, including the 2012-2013 academic year via distance learning technologies.
The activities of the chairs conforms to Standard rules of activities of educational institutions, implementing educational programs of higher professional education.
The Academy conducts educational activities in the specialties of postgraduate education: the graduates 'Law', 'the Kazakh language and literature', 'finances', 'Pedagogics and psychology'.
The educational process in the Academy is realized on the basis of innovative technologies of education, Informatization and computerization of the whole process of training, application of new concepts in the field of education and science, improving the traditional teaching methods, the creation and constant replenishment of e-learning products.
Implementation of educational programs of higher and postgraduate education at the Academy provided training and information resources: free access to international information networks, to library collections and databases, computer technology, teaching tools and developments in the disciplines studied. The Fund of electronic educational editions of the University includes coursework case studies, video lectures developed and published educational-methodical complexes (SMCS) in all disciplines of RUP all disciplines, has created a database of e-learning lectures in Kazakh, Russian, English and German.
Successful integration into the global educational and information space, increase of academic mobility require high-quality training of specialists with knowledge of foreign languages. With this aim, the University introduced the teaching of foreign languages in students of non-linguistic faculties through a system of electives. For several years the University worked as Peace Corps volunteers: mark Flynn (USA), Mike Thomas Montague (USA), Jean-Baptiste (France), Omar Hayat (Pakistan). Currently, in the framework of the academic mobility 3 teachers conduct classes in Turkish language for specialties 'Translation' and 'the Kazakh language and literature' Ali Nergiz, Usual Dogan, yüksel türk (Turkey).
The Academy organized courses in Turkish, French, Chinese, Arabic languages. Held optional classes ('Lovinit', 'Yuksel Turk').
In educational process uses modern information and communication technologies. Desktop computers, netbooks, and laptops are under the control of three operating systems:
Windows XP (SP3) compatibility with 'old' applications and multimedia products protected with StarForce;
Windows 7 (SP1) to use applications created for Windows is a software tool ( MS Visual Studio 2008/2010), packages priladny programs (Paint.Net CorelDraw X4, Adobe Flash CS6 / 8.0 and many others);
Ubuntu 12.04.1 for secure, cross-platform software editor Gimp 2.8.4 2D, 3D editor Blender (allows you to create animation in conjunction with Unity 4), package LibreOffice_4.0.0 (to create and edit texts, create presentations, spreadsheets).
The Academy is a single educational complex, which includes:

The Academy is part of the innovation-educational consortium 'Chemistry and technology of drugs'.
In the framework of the State program of education development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 in the University are focused on the training of competent and competitive specialists and integration with science.
The Academy has a large Fund of educational, educational-methodical, scientific and reference literature in the Kazakh language. The library Fund consists of scientific-methodological periodicals in the national language, including the respected scientific journals 'Parasat', 'Turabi', 'Honoured Gylym Alemi', 'Bulletin of the Academy of pedagogical Sciences' etc.
The Academy owns all the property and land that make up the infrastructure of the University, on the rights of operational management. All properties meet the requirements of fire safety, sanitary-epidemiological requirements and the requirements of state educational standards implemented by specialists. The total area is 11.200.2 sq. m.
Teaching and laboratory facilities of the Academy includes 20 special rooms, including 13 classrooms, 3 multimedia rooms, 1 TV Studio, hall of electronic resources, labs, 2 gyms. Specialized classrooms are actively used in educational process in accordance with their purpose. Logistical and social base includes a hostel with a total area 2714 sq. m.
