More than 20 years ago, the first non — state University-Kostanay engineering and economic University named after Dulatov was born in Kostanay region.

Higher education institution has come a long way filled with the work and energy of teachers, the desire of mentors to become the best in the country. In 1996, the Institute of business and management was opened, and three years later the first graduation of 43 students was carried out. For the current period, the University consistently provides the Northern region with higher-profile specialists.
