Kapshagai vocational College was founded in 2001 and registered as a legal entity. In 2009, the College received the certificate of 'b' series and issued the license AA №0010119 indefinitely for educational activity in the sphere of professional education. The College is a two-storey building with a total area of a mile square and land a party to 1.3 hectares. Material-technical base implies the presence of all the necessary workshops and laboratories, didactic material, manuals and all the technical equipment of classrooms meet modern standards and requirements. In connection with absence of own sports hall, the College entered into a contract for the rental of the gym at the Children's sports school.

The College has an infirmary located on the second floor. There are two rooms: a reception and grafting, wardrobe for storage of medicines, chairs, Desk and daybed.

The College has the right to teach students in the field of 'aid', 'emergency medical assistance', 'Sanitary-hygienic and antiepidemic medical activity' According to the latest College enrolled 564 students in all specialties. There are public and private grants.
