The Semey College of service was established in 1945 as the Semipalatinsk technical school of light industry. In 1996, it was renamed and became the current name. Educational activities are based on the AB license No. 0067071 issued indefinitely. We train specialists for small and medium-sized businesses, have a perpetual license and teach students in two languages: Kazakh and Russian.
