Scholarship with the assessment of 'satisfactory' will leave

Educational center of Republic of Kazakhstan proposes to charge a grant for every student, regardless of whether they passed the exam or not.

Now scholarships are awarded to only those who are trained under the grant, and only those who pass the exams well. Rating '3' denies the right of the student to obtain scholarship money for next semester.

Three MES I want to make enough for money, moreover, the scholarship will be awarded to all who did not pass the exam, but has an average mark for all exams 3 and above.

'We believe that to charge scholarships to those who study on state order is not appropriate, such a measure would fully correspond to the essence of the educational process as assistance to socially affluent students.
