The educational institution "Bolashak" Academy was founded in September 1995, according to the order "on education" and received a perpetual license No. 0137370 from 03.02.2010. The education development program provides for a gradual transition to international quality standards, so our teachers are trying to create a high-quality and affordable modern education. In 2004, the credit training system was introduced. Now the Academy is one of the first 15 higher education institutions that signed a Memorandum of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the framework of joining the Bologna process.

The University itself includes seven departments: law, Finance, General education, pedagogy and psychology, Kazakh language and literature, foreign languages and intercultural communication, pharmaceutical disciplines. The educational process of the institution itself is based on innovative technologies, including the latest standard programs, distance learning systems and exams and tests. The offices are equipped not only with computers, but also with portable devices such as netbooks and laptops running three operating systems. It is possible to study for bachelor's:

5. 5B030100-Law, with training periods of 4 years, 3 years and 2 years;

6. 5B050900-Finance, with training periods of 4 years, 3 years and 2 years;

7. 5B110300-pharmacy, with a training period of 5 years.

And four master's degree programs:
