East Kazakhstan regional University was established in 2001. More than 2000 students study at vkru, and more than 500 young specialists graduate annually.
The University employs more than 80 highly qualified personnel, of which more than 40 have academic degrees and titles, and more than 30 have academic titles.
Employment of graduates is more than 90%. In recent years, the University has successfully modernized the educational and methodological process. Vkru has fully implemented the credit system of education. There is a development of variable educational programs and academic mobility of students, the introduction of new information and pedagogical technologies, as well as distance education.

We have an excellent material base and qualified teachers. The educational institution has many classrooms for studying specialties, fully computerized classrooms. We train specialists for small and medium-sized businesses, have a perpetual license and teach students in two languages: Kazakh and Russian.
