Miras University was founded in 1997 on the basis of the center of the Ahmed Yassavi ICTU, as a training center for international standards. The University appeared when it became clear that the classical education program in Kazakhstan does not meet the requirements and demands of the socio-economic situation in the country. The main goal was to create an educational institution that reproduces the principles of academic integrity and freedom, where teachers can teach students how to work with statistics and economic models. In 2006, the University launched master's degree programs. Six years after this event, a new educational institution management system appeared, namely electronic, in which it is possible to organize and carry out the reconstruction of the University, as well as an electronic database designed for teaching students and using materials by teachers.

We have an excellent material base and qualified teachers. The educational institution has many classrooms for studying specialties, fully computerized classrooms. We train specialists for small and medium-sized businesses, have a perpetual license and teach students in two languages: Kazakh and Russian.
