The University was opened on April 15, 1966 and started with only two faculties: Philology and physics and mathematics. Classes were conducted by 23 teachers, 4 of them were candidates of science. The institution has the character of a state University. We process and systematize information, analyze the materials and information received, and create a full-fledged curriculum from them, which ultimately allows us to create a competitive population of the country.
